Step 1

In double boiler cook grits in water for 30 minutes

When cooked add oleo, cheese ,milk and salt

When cheese is melted

Pour into a shallow greased,pam sprayed casserole

Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees until browned lightly (check at 30 minutes )
