Step 1

Place the olive oil, vinegar, oregano, rosemary and bay leaf in a re-sealable plastic bag and mix well.

Step 2

Add the chicken pieces and swish together to coat.

Step 3

Marinate refrigerated for 4-6 hours.

Step 4

Oil the grill well.

Step 5

Remove chicken from marinade and place on heated grill sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 6

Grill on both sides until cooked through.

These are terrific tasting thighs and ones we will have again and again. I didn't crumble the bay leaves, instead I used 4 whole leaves in the marinade. Bay leaves are not to be ingested as they are poisonous, so therefore I did it my way. Turned out juicy and tasty.
