  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the olive oil, vinegar, oregano, rosemary and bay leaf in a re-sealable plastic bag and mix well.

  • Step 2: Add the chicken pieces and swish together to coat.

  • Step 3: Marinate refrigerated for 4-6 hours.

  • Step 4: Oil the grill well.

  • Step 5: Remove chicken from marinade and place on heated grill sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  • Step 6: Grill on both sides until cooked through.
