Step 1: Place the olive oil, vinegar, oregano, rosemary and bay leaf in a re-sealable plastic bag and mix well.
Step 2: Add the chicken pieces and swish together to coat.
Step 3: Marinate refrigerated for 4-6 hours.
Step 4: Oil the grill well.
Step 5: Remove chicken from marinade and place on heated grill sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 6: Grill on both sides until cooked through.
