Tips & Variations

These were excellent tender pork skewers and we loved the spices on them. I roasted my pepper on top of the stove on the burner and then peeled away the outside skin and pureed the pepper to save time. A do again for sure!

Derf "RIP" Forever in our Kitchen

Just happened to have a small pork tenderloin, enough for two, in the freezer, perfect, the only thing i was missing was the red pepper puree, but went ahead and put the seasonings together, a wonderful combination of flavours. i added a small amount of chili sauce to take the place of the red pepper puree, it worked very nicely. The skewers turned out delicious and we will definately be having these again, thanks for posting.
