"Using stewing beef for this recipe makes this a very inexpensive meal. The marinade tenderizes the meat perfectly."

Grilling out is one of our favorite past times in the summer and we loved these so much that we have had them twice already! I did skewers with onion, peppers and button mushrooms and I made double the recipe for a crowd I had over. Everyone grabbed them up right after I put them on the platter and I got compliments galore while we were eating them. These will be repeated often!

I picked up a thick London Broil steak and marinated and cut into 2x2 inch pieces. I used grape tomatoes, peppers and onions on the kabobs and then did zucchini slices on the grill using the leftover marinade. Both were delicious and this is saved for future use for us!

It says 1 green onion, cubed in the recipe but it should be 1 green pepper, cubed I think, as per the directions which tells you to skewer a green pepper piece. I added whole button mushrooms in with the meat, green peppers and onions because we love them and they turned out really good. My family ate and ate and ate. I doubled everything so we would have plenty, and I have leftovers to bring to work with some rice on the side. Yummy!

I marinated these about 8 hrs and the meat was so tender you would have thought it was filet mignon. We love this marinade! The flavors really stood out and these will made on my grill often!
