"These pork chops are marinated in a dry rub, then brushed with some BBQ sauce right before you take them off the grill. Let the pork chops marinate at least all day up to 24 hours (The longer the better). They are seriously delicious, so tender each bite melts in your mouth, and full of great flavors from the spices! If you don't like any heat, lower the amount of chili powder to your taste."

Oh my word, these are some good chops! I used a St. Louis barbecue sauce from Aldi's and it was excellent along with the rub. We will have these again in the very near future!

Combination of flavors are so delish! We enjoyed these with mashed potatoes and green beans with some fresh rolls from the oven. Will repeat this one!

Absolutely one of the most delicious, tender and juiciest pork chops I have had in a long time! Let them marinate in the dry rub 10 hours and then onto the bbq. Wonderful flavoured rub and did use our favvy Sweet Baby Rays original bbq sauce for that kick of heat! Thanks for sharing this keeper Sheri! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.
