Grilled Italian Chicken Thighs
"This is a very inexpensive meal that cooks up in no time. Marinate the thighs the night before, and when you get home from work or school, put them on the grill. They are ready in under ten minutes. I pack up the leftovers for lunches with a side potato or macaroni salad, or atop a leaf salad."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Pour the dressing bottle into a large resealable bag, add garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper, and swish to mix the ingredients.
Step 2
Add the chicken pieces and swish to coat all the pieces.
Step 3
Seal the bag, take out as much air as possible, and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Step 4
Remove the chicken pieces and discard the marinade.
Step 5
Grill until cooked through and no longer pink in the middle. (Mine took 8 minutes to cook through. This will depend on your BBQ, they all cook differently).
