Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 kilograms (about 20 pieces) of boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 bottle(425ml) Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 2 cloves garlic, processed through a garlic press
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pour the dressing bottle into a large resealable bag, add garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper, and swish to mix the ingredients.

  • Step 2: Add the chicken pieces and swish to coat all the pieces.

  • Step 3: Seal the bag, take out as much air as possible, and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

  • Step 4: Remove the chicken pieces and discard the marinade.

  • Step 5: Grill until cooked through and no longer pink in the middle. (Mine took 8 minutes to cook through. This will depend on your BBQ, they all cook differently).
