I made this recipe exactly as written, and what wonderful flavours. The honey and peanut butter go so well with the banana's. I had this for breakfast and demolished both pieces on toast on my own. This is a simple, quick and easy recipe that makes a wonderful breakfast, brunch or just for a snack. Delicious. Thanks Pat.
