Step by Step Method
Step 1
Bring water to a boil and pour over tea bags.
Step 2
Steep 4 minutes.
Step 3
Squeeze and remove tea bags and discard.
Step 4
Chill tea for 2 hours.
Step 5
If using fresh fruit, freeze overnight.
Step 6
Place tea, fruit, ice, yogurt, almonds, and flaxmeal in blender.
Step 7
Process until smooth. Enjoy!!!!
