Step 1: Bring water to a boil and pour over tea bags.
Step 2: Steep 4 minutes.
Step 3: Squeeze and remove tea bags and discard.
Step 4: Chill tea for 2 hours.
Step 5: If using fresh fruit, freeze overnight.
Step 6: Place tea, fruit, ice, yogurt, almonds, and flaxmeal in blender.
Step 7: Process until smooth. Enjoy!!!!
