Step by Step Method
Step 1
Poach the chicken thighs in the chicken broth for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Add carrots, cilantro, cumin, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Remove chicken and debone; add meat back to broth without the skin or bones.
Step 4
Add green onion, spinach and green chilies.
Step 5
Add 2 cups water to which the corn starch has been added. Bring to a boil.
Step 6
Drop in wontons and simmer 10 minutes.
