"I just threw this recipe together something a little different. With feta cheese and Greek spice mix what else could I call it Bur Greek Scrambled Eggs? Tasty and easy. Nice to serve with a mixed pepper mushroom stir fry."

Step 1

Beat together the eggs, sour cream and milk

Step 2

Stir in the feta cheese and greek spice

Step 3

Heat oil, medium heat in a non stick skillet, add onionfry 1 minute

Pour in eggs

Let the eggs begin to cook then gently fold them over.

Step 6

Continue cooking and folding until cooked

Step 7

Sprinkle with cilantro and serve

Yummy eggs. The feta really makes them special. I used it to top at the end, and also used the parsley.
