Step 1

Place chicken thighs and lemon juice in a zip-top plastic bag; shake to coat.

Step 2

Whisk together remaining ingredients; pour into bag and squeeze out excess air, then squish around to completely coat chicken with yogurt mixture.

Step 3

Marinate in refrigerator at least four hours up to 24 hours.

Step 4

Preheat oven to 350F; spray a baking dish with 2-inch sides with cooking spray.

Step 5

Place thighs in prepared pan; pour marinade over top.

Step 6

Bake at 350F for 40 minutes, turning once halfway through.

Excellent flavour, Nicely browned on the outside and moist inside. Followed the recipe exactly except they only needed 30 minutes in the oven, turned broiler on for the last 10 minutes. A do again recipe.3 March17 Made again the thighs were skinless but had bones in them. Enjoyed just as much
