"During the summer it's so nice to have something marinating ready to put on the grill for a quick dinner. Grilling guide follows recipe. Prep time doesn't include at least 8 hours marinade. Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients in a large zip-lock bag.
Step 2
Add chicken, seal bag and squish to evenly coat.
Step 3
Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
Step 4
Remove chicken from zip-lock bag and discard marinade.
Step 5
Grill, covered, until done, turning occasionally. Grill temperature and time varies as follows.
Step 6
Bone-in breasts (10-12 ounces), legs and thighs: 30-40 minutes over indirect medium heat.
Step 7
Chicken wings, 2-3 ounces: 18-20 minutes over direct medium heat.
Step 8
Boneless, skinless breasts. 6-8 ounces: 8-12 minutes over direct medium heat.
Step 9
Boneless, skinless thighs, 4 ounces: 8-12 minutes over direct high heat.
