Preheat oven to 300°F.

Step 3

In a saucepan, melt butter; add flour and stir over high heat until browned slightly. Add milk and cook, stirring, until thickened. Add cheese; cook until cheese is melted.

Daily Inspiration

We absolutely love cauliflower and this feta cheese sauce was really delicious. Simple to make and a really nice flavor that doesn't overpower the veggie.

I added 2 teaspoons of Greek with feta seasoning as well as about a tablespoon of fresh oregano, but will add more seasoning next time as this was still very, very bland. Rated high for technique since the texture was perfect and the cheese sauce was easy to make, but it was definitely lacking in flavour.

It worked perfectly, was easy and the result great. I only increased the temperature of the oven a little bit for browning! Thanks a lot for this great dish it was delicious and it has been appreciated very much. :)
