"You taste the chicken in these burgers but the other ingredients give it all a boost. Serve with whatever condiments you like - I love to add a tablespoon of chutney on top of the burger with Lettuce Tomato and a slice of sweet onion below the burger with fried mushrooms along side! Try adding a teaspoon of chili flakes! The mixture is very moist so using a fry pan is the best way to cook them"

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together and form the mixture into 4, 3/4 inch patties

Pan fry or barbeque for about 12- 14 minutes, turning once during cooking. Cook until the are no longer pink inside

Derf "RIP" Forever in our Kitchen

These chicken burgers made a great Saturday night supper. We loved them and had no trouble with them holding together. The parmesan cheese, onion, mustard and garlic, were wonderful together!!Served them with a huge slice of tomato, pickle , lettuce and mustard on the bun
