This is a tasty version of gnocchi. The sauce came out delicious. Because my mushrooms turned prematurely bad and had a putrid stinky smell, I had to leave them out. To compensate for the lack of a “mushroomy” taste, mushroom seasoning was added which really pumped up the sauce. Because of the good flavor that the mushroom seasoning provided, I wouldn’t change a thing even if using fresh mushrooms. Good stuff, Dee, and satisfied this gnocchi loving family. Thanks you for sharing.
