Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix together the hot sauce and melted butter; set aside.

Whisk the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
Step 3
Place the flour onto a plate.
Step 4
Coat the chicken strips in flour, then dip in the eggs then coat with flour again.
Step 5
Dip into the hot sauce and butter mixture.
Step 6
Heat the oil and cook chicken pieces.
Step 7
Serve with your favourite blue cheese dressing.
