"These lightly breaded buffalo wings are delicious. Serve these up with a side of veggies and blue cheese dip. For gluten free use gluten free soy sauce. For those who don't have access to Frank's RedHot Sauce, I do have a copycat recipe for it #recipe13676 ."

Step 1

Whisk together the flours, starches, eggs, soy sauce, oil, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne pepper.

Step 2

Add the wings and mix well to coat.

Step 3

Take the wings out one at a time, shaking off the excess coating and place in the actifry.

Step 4

Cook for about 30 to 35 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through, depending on thickness of wings.

Step 5

Mix together the hot sauce and melted butter in a large bowl add the wings and toss to coat.
