Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds chicken wings (split)
  • 1/4 cup brown rice flour
  • 1/4 cup white rice flour
  • 2 tablespoons potato starch
  • 2 tablespoons tapioca starch
  • 2 large eggs (or 6 tablespoons egg whites)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk together the flours, starches, eggs, soy sauce, oil, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne pepper.

  • Step 2: Add the wings and mix well to coat.

  • Step 3: Take the wings out one at a time, shaking off the excess coating and place in the actifry.

  • Step 4: Cook for about 30 to 35 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through, depending on thickness of wings.

  • Step 5: Mix together the hot sauce and melted butter in a large bowl add the wings and toss to coat.

  • Step 6: Enjoy!
