Step 1

Saute sliced mushrooms in a combination of butter and oil. Season with garlic powder and soy sauce. Continue cooking over low heat until nicely glazed.

Bergy (RIP" Forever in our Kitchen)

Simple tasty recipe. I used fresh garlic (3 large cloves) and 5 stuffer size mushrooms. I sauteed the garlic in the butter and oil for 2 minutes before adding the mushrooms. The added soy sauce was the topper. Great reipe. 19 Jan 19 I have made these before and enjoyed them just as much this time. The soy makes them taste quite salty so becareful before you add and salt. 26 Jan 20 Loved this simple recipe. I added the finished mushrooms to a cheese omelet Perfect partners. Made many times!
