Step by Step Method
TO MAKE THE PANCAKES
Step 1
Mash bananas, mix in eggs, stir well. Add rest of wet ingredients, stir/whisk well. Add in dry ingredients stir until well incorporated.
Step 2
Heat griddle, lightly grease pan or use Pam. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Cook until pancakes start to bubble and turn brown on bottom, turn. Cook until golden brown. (Time will depend on griddle heat).
TO MAKE THE TOPPING
Step 3
Butter finished pancake, top with sliced bananas, walnuts, maple syrup to taste.
