Step 1: Mash bananas, mix in eggs, stir well. Add rest of wet ingredients, stir/whisk well. Add in dry ingredients stir until well incorporated.
Step 2: Heat griddle, lightly grease pan or use Pam. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Cook until pancakes start to bubble and turn brown on bottom, turn. Cook until golden brown. (Time will depend on griddle heat).
Step 3: Butter finished pancake, top with sliced bananas, walnuts, maple syrup to taste.
