"Full of crunchy vegetables, that go well with almost anything, especially during the summer when it's hot and you want something refreshing. I try to get fresh garden vegetables, when available. I use English or pickling cucumbers, because they add crunch, which I like. Excellent all the way around!"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place the cucumbers, onions and tomatoes in a large bowl. Set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients. Pour over salad mixture. Toss to coat well.

Step 3

Chill at least 2 hours before serving.

I cut the recipe in half and it made 4 servings...we really didn't care for the tomato in the salad...first time trying a German cucumber salad that had tomatoes...it was on the tart side so I add a bite more sugar...made for "Bill Board" tag game...
