Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°.

Step 2

Divide Brussels sprouts and onions between 2 foil-lined 15x10x1-inch. baking pans.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix oil, garlic, salt and pepper; drizzle half of the mixture over each pan and toss to coat. Roast until tender, 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally and switching position of pans halfway through.

We love brussel sprouts which saw us enjoy this easy lovely tasting side. Son shared sprouts, he really lucked out these were the first non bitter ones I have this past year. Baked in the oven with the addition of the red onion made for extra good! A repeatable for sure.

What a wonderful combination of flavors...I cut the recipe down to 3 servings and cooked them in my 8x8 metal cooking pan...worked perfect...this has such a nice presentation...made for "Billboard" tag game...
