"I bought a fundraiser cookbook at a local thrift store. This recipe was submitted by Jennifer Offt and sounds like something I really would like."
Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, stirring to coat the pecans evenly.
Spread pecans onto a baking sheet and place in the middle rack of the oven. Toss pecans every 15 minutes, cooking for a total of 45 minutes, watching carefully so they do not burn.
Pour pecans back into a large bowl, sprinkle liberally with salt and enjoy.
