Step 1: Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
Step 2: Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, stirring to coat the pecans evenly.
Step 3: Spread pecans onto a baking sheet and place in the middle rack of the oven. Toss pecans every 15 minutes, cooking for a total of 45 minutes, watching carefully so they do not burn.
Step 4: Pour pecans back into a large bowl, sprinkle liberally with salt and enjoy.
