"I just threw this together and it turned out so good I decided to post it. Ten cloves may scare you but oven roasted garlic is so mellow that this doesn't even bite.It has a lovely Mmmm flavour."

Step 1
Pre-heat ovem 375f.
Step 2
Butter one side of the baguette slices. Place on oven proof tray.
Step 3
Heat until nicely toasted. Remove from oven and turn the slices over.
Step 4
Meanwhile with a fork mix together the garlic, cream cheese, mayo & hotsauce (make sure that you have worked the garlic evenly through the mixture).
Step 5
Divide the mixture between the 12 bread slices. Sprinkle on the parmesan.
Step 6
Turn on broiler. Place tray 6-8" from heat source. Watch carefully only takes about 5-7 minutes
Step 7
They are ready when they are all bubbly & golden. Enjoy.
