Step 1

In a food processor bowl or mixing bowl combine feta cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, and fried herbs. Cover and process or beat with a n electric mixer on medium speed until combined. Immediately spoon about 2 teaspoons spread onto each vegetable slice. Garnish each with a small sprig of fresh dill.

Awesome recipe Teresa. This spread is so good. It was quick and really easy to make with excellent results. It was a little salty. My fault I forgot to rinse the feta before I used it. It certainly did not take away from our enjoyment of this recipe. So much flavor, I served them with toasted naan bread and cucumber slices. Thanks so much for sharing a recipe that i will enjoy again. Made FYC tag game.
