Step by Step Method

Step 1

Grind the garlic, coriander seed and salt in a small food processor into a coarse paste.

Step 2

Fry this paste in the olive oil for about 1 minute, being careful not to burn the garlic

Step 3

Add the green beans and water and cook down until dry.

This dish will definitely be made again loved all the flavours and made dull green beans taste so good. I used fresh beans, 1 serves worth and I lights steamed and omitted the water when cooking in the fry pan just frying of the paste and then adding the beans. Thank you dienia b for a great side dish, made for Alphabet Soup tag game.
