Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Step 2
Arrange the frozen burritos onto the bottom of a greased Pam sprayed 9x13 baking dish.
Step 3
Pour the enchilada sauce over top and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from the oven and evenly sprinkle with cheese, cherry tomatoes and cilantro.
Step 5
Place the dish back in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Step 6
Take out of oven.
Step 7
Top with sour cream.
