Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 32 ounces frozen beef and beans burritos, thawed (1 package)
  • 28 ounces enchilada sauce (1 can)
  • 8 ounces Mexican mix cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced
  • 4 ounces sour cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375° F.

  • Step 2: Arrange the frozen burritos onto the bottom of a greased Pam sprayed 9x13 baking dish.

  • Step 3: Pour the enchilada sauce over top and bake for 30 minutes.

  • Step 4: Remove from the oven and evenly sprinkle with cheese, cherry tomatoes and cilantro.

  • Step 5: Place the dish back in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

  • Step 6: Take out of oven.

  • Step 7: Top with sour cream.
