Step by Step Method

Step 1

Coat chicken tenders with seasoned flour.

Step 2

Melt 1/4 cup butter in baking pan.

Step 3

Place chicken tenders in pan and turn to coat.

Step 4

Bake in preheated 350 oven for 20 minutes, turning once.

Step 5

Chop into bite size pieces.

Step 6

Toast pecans in single layer on baking sheet for 6-8 minutes, stirring once.

Step 7

Whisk together dressing ingredients in small serving bowl.

Step 8

To Serve: Divide torn lettuce on 2 serving plates. Arrange tomato wedges around outer edge of plates.

Step 9

Place onion rings in center.

Step 10

Place 1/2 of the cooked tenders on each plate.

Step 11

Sprinkle with toasted pecans.

Step 12

Serve with breadsticks and dressing on the side.

Step 13

Suggested Wine: Sauvignon Blanc
