Step 4: Bake in preheated 350 oven for 20 minutes, turning once.
Step 5: Chop into bite size pieces.
Step 6: Toast pecans in single layer on baking sheet for 6-8 minutes, stirring once.
Step 7: Whisk together dressing ingredients in small serving bowl.
Step 8: To Serve: Divide torn lettuce on 2 serving plates. Arrange tomato wedges around outer edge of plates.
Step 9: Place onion rings in center.
Step 10: Place 1/2 of the cooked tenders on each plate.
Step 11: Sprinkle with toasted pecans.
Step 12: Serve with breadsticks and dressing on the side.
