"Sara Foster is a chef, restaurateur and cookbook author in Durham, North Carolina. She is the founder and owner of the gourmet cafe and market Foster's Market, which opened in Durham in 1990. She is the author of four cookbooks. We loved the food we got at her market in Durham. This recipe is for her famous biscuits. These are equally good for breakfast or atop some homemade chicken pot pie!"
