I used this coating on some flounder and baked it in the oven. Very good, and we all liked it. A do again when we want fish.

This was great and I used it as a coating to make fried haddock.

I used this on salmon I wound up pan frying it just because I was in a rush. The flavor of the coating was perfect for us. I served it with left over pork fried rice and Recipe # 25359, a tangy asparagus! Great meal! Thanks QB!

Very tasty coating mix. Really liked the parmesan in this. I used it on tilapia, which I dipped in melted butter, and then the coating, and baked in the oven. Would be good on chicken tenders, also.
