Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place the cilantro, onions and garlic in a food processor; cover and process until blended. Add the chipotle pepper, drained fire roasted tomatoes and jalapeno; cover and pulse until blended. Transfer to a large bowl; stir in green chilies, lime juice and oil. Season with salt.
Step 2
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before you serve it.
