"I never expected to find a low-fat low-sugar pie crust to substitute for a graham cracker crust (which is always full of butter and sugar), but this one works perfectly. I found it on fatfreevegan.com. Its easy to put together with common ingredients, and with some patience and a bit of muscle for spreading it in a pie plate, it makes a great pie crust. I won't be looking any further!"
