Step 1

In a bowl combine the spread with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Spoon into mushroom caps.

Step 2

Transfer to a foil-lined greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake 400 degrees (preheated oven) for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden browned.

Derf "RIP" Forever in our Kitchen

mmm so simple , quick and oh sooo tasty !! my mushrooms were quite small so i served them on top of a Ritz cracker, turned out to be a nice combinaiton. Thanks for posting , i will be making these again , we loved them.
