In bottom pie crust lay the tomatoes mushrooms and bacon

Step 2

Mix the eggs and milk pour over the bottom crust . Add seasonings. Put on top crust

Very good -- I used Pillsbury pie crusts and instead of the Canadian bacon I used ham. I cooked ours for 40 minutes. Served with grapes and muffins for a very light and easy dinner. Thanks for sharing!
