Step 1

Mix together first 5 ingredients

Step 2

Split each muffin in half with a fork ending up with 12 halves

Step 3

Put on cookie sheet and Spread each muffin with the crab / cheese mixture

Step 4

Place under broiler and brown(WATCH CAREFULLY!)

Step 5

When cooled, cut each muffin into quarters. Makes 48 pieces

Step 6

If saving to use at a later date,leave them on the cookie sheet and freeze. Put frozen pieces in plastic bag until ready to use and store in freezer

Step 7

When ready to use, take out as many as you need, and heat in hot oven or under broiler to heat. Again, watch carefully.
