I used 2 large eggs for 1 serve and otherwise did as recipe and thoroughly enjoyed with some toast and a roasted tomato for delicious, filling creamy breakfast, thank you dienia b made for Billboard Recipe Tag game.

This made enough for 2 people...the eggs came out nice and creamy...we like to eat ours with shredded cheddar cheese and salsa...made for Bill Board tag game...
