"This is a recipe my husband came up with when craving Thai food. He does enjoy cooking but he is all about putting together "Easy No Fuss Recipes". I was quite pleased with the flavour this had and the breasts were nice and tender. His description of this is Hot, Sweet and Delicious. This is great served with a side of rice drizzled with the some of the remaining sauce."

This WAS easy! I love a crock pot dish for busy days... and I really enjoyed the simplicity and the flavors of this chicken. I used chicken breast but I think this would be equally good (if not better!) with boneless, skinless chicken thighs. YUM. I served with Carrot Rice Pilaf & Korean Broccoli (both recipes here at 'Zazz). Made for the AmaZ'ing Race 2023 (Thailand).

This was a quick and easy crock pot dish. The flavor will largely depend on which brand of chili sauce you use. I served mine over a brown rice/quinoa mix. Definitely making this again!

Very quick and easy slow cooker recipe. It was great over brown rice, next time I think I'll try it with some angel hair pasta. Thanks for sharing :)
