Step 1: Poke holes in the chicken breast with a fork and place in a crock-pot.
Step 2: Top with onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic.
Step 3: Sprinkle the hot pepper flakes over veggies and chicken and drizzle with sauce.
Step 4: Cook on high heat for 3 hours and an additional hour on the low setting.
Step 5: Serve.
