Step 1

Place all ingredients in blender & blend until smooth!

Step 2

NOTE #1: We thought this smoothie was perfectly sweetened. However, if you're concerned about the amt of sugar, try starting with 1/4 cup sugar & go from there.

Step 3

NOTE #2: This smoothie will be thick. If you don't have a powerful blender, you may need to add some sort of liquid for even blending - Perhaps milk or even orange juice.

I made this for my husband who loves mango. He thought it had a nice fresh flavor and liked the tang from the yogurt. I added a splash of orange juice and half and half to help break up the mango. Made for Culinary Quest 4 Top of the World Challenge.
