Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 1 pound mango, frozen (chunks)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (See NOTE #1 in Prep Steps)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place all ingredients in blender & blend until smooth!

  • Step 2: NOTE #1: We thought this smoothie was perfectly sweetened. However, if you're concerned about the amt of sugar, try starting with 1/4 cup sugar & go from there.

  • Step 3: NOTE #2: This smoothie will be thick. If you don't have a powerful blender, you may need to add some sort of liquid for even blending - Perhaps milk or even orange juice.
