"This is easy and very good, I always use VH Garlic Hoisin Stir-Fry sauce when I make this I like the flavor the best, if using another brand you may want add in some chopped fresh garlic, sliced yellow onion may also be added in with the bell pepper"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat 1-2 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wak until hot; add in chicken and saute for about 10 minutes or until fully-cooked.

Step 2

Add in red bell pepper and saute for about 2 minutes on medium-high heat.

Step 3

Add in the hoisin sauce and heat through. Serve with cooked rice
