Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 (355 ml) bottle hoisin stir-fry sauce (I use VH Garlic Hoisin Sauce brand)
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs (or can use chicken breast, I prefer thighs)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Cooked rice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat 1-2 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wak until hot; add in chicken and saute for about 10 minutes or until fully-cooked.

  • Step 2: Add in red bell pepper and saute for about 2 minutes on medium-high heat.

  • Step 3: Add in the hoisin sauce and heat through. Serve with cooked rice
