Step 1: Heat 1-2 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wak until hot; add in chicken and saute for about 10 minutes or until fully-cooked.
Step 2: Add in red bell pepper and saute for about 2 minutes on medium-high heat.
Step 3: Add in the hoisin sauce and heat through. Serve with cooked rice
